Training Videos

Record your table tennis training with videos. And, watch. Are your movements and techniques as you wish? What problems did this training correct and what could be improved? Learn about your technical mastery with the videos recorded.

Keep your training videos at most 2 minutes long. When you keep it short and clear, you're more likely to focus on something. The process of editing training videos is also a great opportunity to learn about and observe yourself.

Training Logs

Upload your training videos by date and technique. Note down the focus of this training or any feelings during the training.

The types of techniques can be divided into six categories: serving, forehand, backhand, shorts, tactical training, and games. Each technique type can be subdivided into several sub-techniques. Classified training logs help you keep track of your progress clearly.
